One thing worth knowing: online registration is not compulsory. If you prefer, you can walk into your nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Centre and register there. But my advice is simple. Register online early, because you get your slip and test details faster and you avoid last-week crowds.
There is also a separate advertisement running for Sepoy General Duty and Clerk posts with a last date of 17 October 2026. Check the original newspaper ad carefully before applying, since it is a different notice from the main drive.

Candidates from Balochistan, the merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and children of martyrs can apply for GD and Driver posts with a Middle qualification. This relaxation does not apply to Military Police.

Ages are counted as of 24 November 2026. Graduates and higher-qualified candidates get one year of relaxation, and eligible candidates from Balochistan and the merged districts of KPK can get up to three years. If you claim any relaxation, bring the proof with you.

Candidates from Balochistan, the merged districts of KPK and Gilgit-Baltistan get a two-inch relaxation, but not for Clerk, Military Police, Cook and Sanitary Worker posts. Weight must also fit the standard chart for your age and height, and you will be checked medically.
How to Apply Online (Step by Step)
Step 1: Open the official recruitment portal, www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk.
Step 2: Choose the soldier category or trade you are applying for.
Step 3: Fill in the registration form with your details exactly as they appear on your CNIC and educational documents.
Step 4: Select your nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Centre as your test centre.
Step 5: Submit the form and download your registration slip. Keep it safe, because it carries your roll number and test date.
Step 6: Report to the selected centre on the given date with your original documents.
A small tip: use an email address and phone number you actually check. Test dates and updates often reach candidates through these.
If you are applying as Naib Khateeb, you submit the required form in person at the nearest AS&RC instead.
