Qualification
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university (National or International) for all positions.
1. Product Manager – MIS Development & Implementation (VP-I/VP)
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Core Banking Systems, Payment Systems, MIS development and implementation. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, BI tools, ETL, and data warehousing. Experience with ETL tools like Informatica Power Center or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is a plus.
Key Duties: Developing and maintaining MIS reports and dashboards, analyzing KPIs, financial statutory reporting, digital products management, and CBS vendor communications.
2. Linux System Administrator (VP-I/VP)
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Technical Skills: Designing and developing multisite, scalable, highly available Linux infrastructure (RHEL, Enterprise Linux, CentOS) and VMWare. Proficiency in VMWare & Linux operating systems, Apache, DNS, KVM/VMWare virtualization, and security automation using Ansible. Red Hat/Oracle Linux Certification preferred.
Key Duties: Administering VMWare Cluster and Linux server infrastructure, implementing security controls, patch management, and system automation.
3. Oracle Database Administrator (VP-I/VP)
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Technical Skills: Database performance tuning, Backup & Recovery, Active Data-guard, Golden-Gate, patching, Oracle Database security, RAC/Single Instance administration. Professional-level certification in Oracle Database and Database Security preferred. Knowledge of MS SQL Server and MySQL an advantage.
Key Duties: Database administration, migration projects, security controls, risk assessments, high availability/performance compliance with PCI DSS standards, and regular patching.
4. IT Support Services Engineer – End User Support (OG-II)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Technical Skills: ITSM application management, Windows/Linux installation, hardware configuration, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), switches, firewalls, routers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
