Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing the bank’s Digital Fraud Risk Management Policies and Procedures
- Overseeing continuous monitoring of digital transactions in line with defined SOPs for timely escalation and mitigation of fraud risks
- Providing strategic oversight of Fraud Risk Management Systems and Solutions
- Monitoring emerging fraud trends, threats, vulnerabilities, and presenting periodic updates on digital fraud risk
- Leading Digital Fraud Risk assessments for new and existing banking products and services
